Steps to take if you don't see your TPA in your profile

  1. Verify that you are connected to the Account you used to purchase your TPA and enter the Panel.

  2. Go to “My TPA”.

  3. Click on “Refresh”:

  4. If the issue persists, please send us a message with the details of your TPA and Account.
