To recover your MetaMask wallet, you will need to have a backup of your seed phrase or private key. If you do not have a backup, you will not be able to recover your wallet.
To recover your wallet using your seed phrase
Open MetaMask.
Click on the "Import Wallet" button.
Select "Import with Seed Phrase".
Enter your seed phrase.
Enter a password for your wallet.
Click on the "Import" button.
To recover your wallet using your private key
Open MetaMask.
Click on the "Import Wallet" button.
Select "Import with Private Key".
Paste your private key.
Enter a password for your wallet.
Click on the "Import" button.
Once you have entered your seed phrase or private key, you will be able to access your wallet.
